The Bonus mentioned in the promotional email will be given only to those players who initially received this email, and who have no withdrawal in pending status. General Deposit bonuses terms and conditions

The casino has the right to refuse or withhold a bonus or winnings in the event of funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
If you withdraw before having met the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and winnings will be void.
Unless otherwise mentioned, all our promotions start when the player receives the promotional email (as it will appear in our records), and ends at 11:59 PM (casino time) the last day of the promotion, as stated in the promotional email. You may not withdraw your initial deposit before having wagered the minimum wagering requirement. Free Sign-up bonuses additional terms and conditions
This promotion is open to first-time customers who open and register a real-money account during the promotion times. Existing holders of real-money accounts with us are not eligible to participate.
The wagering requirements for sign-up bonus are Ninety Nine (99) times the bonus amount, i.e. $30 x 99 = $2970.
Only Wagers on all forms of Slots games do count towards the fulfillment of the wagering requirement for the sign-up bonus.

Cashing out policy
While there is NO LIMIT to the amount a Player can cash out in the casino, there is a maximum amount that can be Withdrawn in one time. For receiving any Withdrawal which is higher than $9,000, an amount of $9,000 (or the corresponding amount in the currency of payment) will be paid to you once a month, upon your Withdrawal request, until the full amount of your Withdrawal is paid. The foregoing applies also to Withdrawals of progressive jackpots. Withdrawals depend on verification of all required documents as set in clause 9.4
You do not have to withdraw you winnings at the end of each session. The secure server of our casino saves your account balance each time you log off the casino; the moment you log on again, you're account balance will be immediately available. When withdrawing from your casino account, you may have to provide ID documentation such as copies of credit cards, utility bills or driver's license, including a digitized photograph, for verification and promotional purposes. The possible request for documentation is done in the interest of shielding casino players from fraud and theft.
